Overall around 8-10 Years Experience Elicit requirements from stakeholders and work with Technical Team to have it implemented – Coordinating with team members identify the estimation needed for implementation , Get the buy in from Stakeholders – Provide the governance and tracking needed for the requirement implementation and also work with the clients team to manage all governance requirements – 5+ years of experience in digital-based (multi-device) business systems or e-business consulting -7+ years of consultative business analysis experience – Ability to manage multiple or large technology functions with a focus on driving complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groups • Experience leading a business requirements process with both technical and business partners • Experience with Agile project methodologies • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills |
